Workout Tips

Spread the love

Here, I will be sharing some of the work out tips that I have personally developed, over my more than 30 years of being into health and fitness.

I will also add additional resources such as, workout programs and exercise equipment, that I have found to aid tremendously with my body transformation goals.

Keeping the body in shape, is an important leg, for building your life upon a strong foundation.

It becomes difficult, to successfully navigate through everyday affairs, if your physical vessel is not maintained in optimal condition.

*Quick reminder to consult your physician, before starting any kind of exercise program!

*I am about to reveal two extremely helpful “workout hacks,” that I personally incorporate into all of my routines.

First, I developed my own personal mantra, that I say before performing each set, that helps me to focus all of my energy and attention into each rep.

I usually say it out loud if I am working out alone, or if in the presence of others, I usually repeat it in my head, to not seem like a complete nut job to others.

My mantra is as follows: “With every rep, the muscles on this body, are growing bigger and bigger, and stronger and stronger. The muscles on this body are huge and bulging, and they’re super strong.”

The reason I say “the muscles on this body,” is due to metaphysical reasons.

I identify myself as the consciousness inhabiting a physical vessel, that is currently residing in this body.

I will not bore you with any deep metaphysical rhetoric here, and you are free to tailor your own mantra into any way, shape or form that you choose.

I’m just revealing what I’ve found to work for me.

Also, while I am performing each rep, I actually visualize the body part(s) I am working out, growing bigger and stronger.

I find that it supercharges my workout, when the visualizing of the results is added in with the actual physical routine.

Their was an actual study done on the power of visualization to enhance physical workouts, done by Russian scientists, that you can study further by clicking here.

**The second workout hack that I use, is when I’m doing my individual sets of 15 reps, I don’t count from 1 to 15 when performing the reps.

I’ve found that if I break down the count of each full set of 15, down into 3 counts of 5 reps, it makes it easier to complete a full set.

Example: I count from 1 to 5, then I count another 1 to 5 reps, then the final count of 1 to 5 reps, to complete the set.

I noticed that when performing a set where I count from 1 to 15, my body may get tired around the tenth rep, but when I trick my mind into believing that I am only performing 5 reps at a time, I don’t notice the drop in energy or form, by the time I get to the third count of 5 reps.

To me, the mind is telling the body that 5 reps is “light work,” and it’s much easier to perform 5 reps, than it is to perform 15 reps.

While this concludes my two main “mind hacks” for performing my workout routines, I now wish to share an amazing addition to my home gym, that helped to explode my fitness results to a whole other level.

With the quarantine restrictions, and gyms closing down left and right, this is a great addition to your own home, that can help you get a full body workout, in one machine.

The beauty is, it doesn’t take up much space, and is based on research that was done by NASA, when they were trying to tackle the issue of bone density loss, of astronauts in outer space.

It was found that this technology could be applied to not only astronauts who spend extended periods of time in environments without gravity, but also helpful for regular people, who wish to increase their own fitness levels.

Here is a workout program that I purchased some years ago, that has helped me to structure an extremely effective workout program.

While the program is marketed to getting in shape for people over the age of 40, it is an excellent routine for people of all ages and walks of life.

It helps you to achieve the ideal body, in only 90 minutes per week, or 120 minutes, if you are using the 4 day extreme fitness workout, like myself.

It is based upon extensive science and research, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is ready to completely transform their health and body, to elite fitness levels.
