Healthy Living

Spread the love

I have made healthy living, a staple in my arsenal of “life hack” tools.

I believe that in order to live a full and successful life, it must be built upon five key pillars.

I believe that “a house built on a strong foundation, will stand the test of time.”

The five legs, or support pillars that I build my strong foundation on are: Being strong, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially.

I believe that it is important to set goals in life, and continue to strive to become a better person in every aspect, without trying to best others.

No one on this entire earth is perfect, not even myself, and we all bring value to the table, in our own special way.

We may be better at certain things than others, but overall that doesn’t mean that we are better than others.

I live my life according to one of my favorite quotes from the movie Kingsman, where it was stated that: “True nobility is not about being better than other people, for it is about being better than the person that we once were.”

We are all at different stages of development in various areas of our lives, and we are all a continuous work in progress.

I state these beliefs of mine not to preach to anyone, but to serve as an example, of the fact that if I can make substantial progress in bettering my own life, anyone can.

Believe you me, I’ve experienced many pitfalls and failures in life, but to me it’s not about the losses you take, or whether or not you fall down.

It’s about how you get back up, and bounce back, after experiencing defeat.

Also, without getting religious, my belief in a higher power, has also helped me to have faith that I can ultimately achieve my goals, when I had just about lost faith in myself.

I move with the knowledge that as a human I may be flawed, but to achieve great things, I focus on the power in me, that is greater than me.

With faith the size of a mustard seed, I can move mountains.

Without further ado, here are some of the tools that I use to maintain healthy mouth hygiene, which has saved me costly trips to the dentist.

Oral Hygiene Products That I Use Daily

My daily mouth cleansing routine consists of the Ionic toothbrush, which consists of a polarizing toothbrush that helps to remove plaque, and germs, by attracting them to the brush head.

First I floss with the floss sticks, followed by utilizing the tongue cleaner to remove bacteria from the surface of the tongue.

I then follow up with brushing with herbal toothpaste that doesn’t contain fluoride, or harmful chemical additives.

Last, but not least, I follow it all up with the all natural Peri Gum mouth wash, to leave my mouth with a clean refreshing feeling.

Harmful EMF waves are everywhere, due to the electromagnetic radiation emitted from WiFi, and all sorts of electronic devices that we are exposed to on a daily basis.

To protect myself, I wear the Q Link necklace and pendant, which I purchased on Amazon for about $99.

Here are the instructions for making the fruit and vegetable wash, that I use everyday.

By combining the acetic acid in vinegar with the effects of the hydrogen peroxide wash, you can eliminate almost 10 times as many harmful organisms.

First, to make the hydrogen peroxide wash, mix 1 ounce food grade H202 (hydrogen peroxide), to 11 ounces distilled water.

Fill one amber bottle with your hydrogen peroxide mix, and the other bottle with apple cider vinegar for best results, or you can use regular white vinegar.

*Do not mix hydrogen peroxide and vinegar in a container together, or you could get a violent chemical reaction, that could possibly cause a small explosion. (It is completely fine to spray both on fruit and vegetables at the same time, for it is small amount and relatively safe.)

Spray the fruit or vegetables with both the vinegar, and hydrogen peroxide solution, and let them sit in a bowl for about 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, rinse the fruit and vegetables in cold water, and you can place into a strainer until ready to use.

With the recent pandemic we are currently experiencing, I have since added elderberry to my smoothies, for boosting my immune system.

*A quick note about neem powder. It is a blood cleaner that may be excellent for the body, but if you are a male trying to conceive children, then it is advised that you do not consume neem powder.

Its like it serves as a natural herbal contraceptive, and I am including below a picture of the neem capsules that I use to take, before switching over to the powder, that I add to my smoothies:
