90 Day Body Transformation

Welcome to my 90 day body transformation page, where I record and track my workout progress.

Like most people during this pandemic and quarantine that we all had to undergo, I ate outside of my diet, and put on a few extra unwanted pounds.

I continued to work out at home sparingly, but it was a fraction of what I use to do before the pandemic struck.

By starting this 90 day transformation on the 1st of the New Year, my body will be transformed right around the time Spring arrives.

Also, all of the exercises can be performed in the privacy of your own home, without any expensive gym memberships, with a lot of gyms being closed or closing down anyway.

All that is needed is a dedicated space in your own home to perform the exercises in the Old School New Body workout program that is listed on my page: “Workout Tips,” as well as the Confidence Fitness machine, that is also listed on that page that you can access by clicking here.

I hope my journey helps inspire others to partake on a fitness routine to better their own health levels, and I know everybody loves to make New Year’s resolutions to workout and eat healthier, for that elusive “summer body.”

*Keep in mind that, working out is only 1 part of the equation, and a healthy balanced diet is also necessary to get amazing results!

From here on out, I will be posting daily video updates of my progress, as I only use the Old School New Body workout program; as well as, the Confidence Fitness Machine.

The only additional exercise I will be performing during this 90 day period is: going for a 1 to 2 mile walk outside when the weather permits, or my treadmill for about 20 minutes daily.

I also stretch regularly, and perform Qigong a.k.a. Chi Kung, twice daily.

In addition to daily video updates, I will provide my initial body measurements taken today 1/1/21, and I will update this site every 30 days with updated measurement results.
